The mission of Cedar Tree Fitness is to improve the overall wellness of clients through a variety of physical activities in an atmosphere of safety, caring and support.
We do this by providing personal training for health and fitness in a private setting. It starts with listening to the client, asking questions to understand each person’s unique goals, concerns and needs. Through unique programs designed for each individual, clients build confidence, feel healthy, gain strength, and have fun!
Cedar Tree Fitness is designed to work with a primarily healthy adult population, or those with relatively mild health conditions, focusing on mature adults in the Bellingham Washington area. Some of our clients could be regular exercisers who are “stuck in a rut”, or may be a person who has been away from exercise for some time, or has never engaged in structured physical activity. Other clients who exercise regularly find they benefit from regular monthly sessions with a personal trainer that provide feedback on proper form and technique, or an introduction to another form of exercise.
Through a varied program of physical activity that includes a wide selection of approaches to exercise, we assist each client in making lifestyle changes that support their goals. Whether it is functional strength and endurance, core strength and stability, or muscle tone and definition, all of these goals are achievable.
