A super resource I have recently discovered in Bellingham is The Fit School. Carol Frazey heads up The Fit School, writing newsletters that help keep individuals and families on track with their fitness and nutrition goals. Carol also puts on walk/run clinics for women. She provides that extra motivation and expertise to help get you out of the house and moving! I am now participating in her clinic, and in just 3 weeks I have seen a definite improvement in my stamina and speed!
