Health and fitness are improved through activity.  Which one?  The one that you will do!  That usually means activities that you enjoy: walking, running, swimming, cycling, playing ball, kayaking, and the list goes on and on.  I will work with you to find activities you enjoy, and will introduce many new and fun ways to challenge your body so that you gain strength, flexibility and endurance.

Among the many different types of activities, “props” and equipment Cedar Tree Fitness has available are:

  • Exercise balls
  • TRX Suspension Training
  • Free weights
  • Bands and tubes
  • BOSU Balance Trainer
  • Calisthenics; Isometric exercises; yoga, Pilates and dance influenced movement

Remember, the most important component of all is your own body!  Just using your own weight as resistance, you can maintain and improve your overall health and fitness at any time, in any setting.  We don’t focus on fancy equipment.  Cedar Tree Fitness offers an alternative to large gyms and health clubs.

RATE SCHEDULE

Personal training sessions with Cedar Tree Fitness are offered at our studio in Fairhaven area of Bellingham, WA.    Each session is 50 minutes long, including warm-up and cool down.

  • 1 to 3 Sessions: $47.00 per session pre-paid
  • 4 Sessions or more: $45.00 per session pre-paid
  • Pre-pay 8 Sessions and get the 9th one free!

Training sessions with a partner also available; ask about rates.

Exercise programs with routines to use when not in the studio can be personalized for individual clients for a nominal fee.

NOTE: The first session for all new clients includes goal setting along with an assessment and confidential health history review.
